Follow a designated care plan per patient needs
Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures
Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
Document doctors' orders and follow up accordingly
Perform client assessments and coordinate care

🎯 Requirements

Current RN license in OH
1 year medical/surgical clinical experience
Home care experience preferred, not required
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Ability to work independently and manage time
EMR experience preferred
