Follow a designated care plan per patient needs
Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
Perform duties including medication administration, wound care, treatments
Monitor client conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders
Perform client assessments and coordinate care
Document observations using a touch pad tablet

🎯 Requirements

Current OH RN license
Minimum one year clinical (medical/surgical) experience
Home care experience preferred
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Ability to work independently and manage time
Strong interpersonal skills; EMR experience preferred
Ability to travel to cases as assigned
