Make home visits to clients in designated territories after hours and weekends.
Administer medications, provide wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
Monitor client conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
Perform client assessments as necessary.

🎯 Requirements

Current license as a Registered Nurse in Colorado.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program, as indicated by transcript or diploma.
Medicare Certified Home Health / OASIS documentation experience is required.
