- Follow a designated care plan in line with patient needs.
- Make home visits to clients in Cumberland, Harnett, and Hoke counties.
- Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
- Monitor clients' conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
- Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
- Perform client assessments as necessary.
π― Requirements
- Active North Carolina RN license.
- Minimum 1 year clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Prior home care experience preferred but not required.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma).
- Ability to work independently and manage time.
- Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
