Follow designated care plan per patient needs
Provide home visits to adult/geriatric clients in territories
Administer medications, wound care, treatments, procedures
Monitor client conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
Document and execute doctors' orders; follow up as needed
Conduct client assessments and coordinate care

🎯 Requirements

Current NC RN license
At least 1 year clinical med/surg experience
Home care experience preferred, not required
Diploma or transcripts evidencing nursing program
Ability to work independently and manage time
Strong interpersonal skills
