Follow a designated care plan to meet patient needs.
Make home visits to clients in assigned geographic territories.
Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
Monitor client conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
Follow up on and document doctors’ orders.
Perform client assessments as needed.

🎯 Requirements

Current North Carolina RN license.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Home health experience required.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills.
EMR experience preferred.
