- Full-time RN role providing home health visits in Erie County, PA.
- Following a designated care plan per patient needs in Home Health.
- Perform meds administration, wound care, treatments, procedures.
- Monitor client conditions and report to Clinical/Client Services Manager.
- Document doctors' orders and patient assessments; travel to cases as assigned.
- Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm.
🎯 Requirements
- Current PA RN license.
- Minimum 1 year Med/Surg clinical experience.
- Prior home care experience preferred.
- Graduation from an approved nursing program.
- Ability to work independently and manage time.
- Strong interpersonal skills; EMR experience preferred.
