📋 Description

• Follow designated care plans per patient's needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, and treatments.
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes.
• Document doctors' orders and follow up.
• Perform client assessments and coordinate care.

🎯 Requirements

• Current PA RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• EMR experience preferred.
