Registered Nurse (RN), Home Health Senior Living - $5K Sign-On Bonus

📋 Description

• Follow the designated care plan per patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in York County.
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes.
• Follow up with and document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments and case management.
• Document observations using an EMR tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
