Follow designated care plans per patient needs
Make home visits to clients in designated territories
Administer medications, wound care, treatments
Monitor client conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders
Perform client assessments; case management and coordination using a touch pad tablet

🎯 Requirements

Active NC Registered Nurse license
Minimum of one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
Prior home care experience preferred, but not required
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Ability to travel to cases as assigned
