Follow a designated care plan per patient needs
Make home visits to clients in Mecklenburg and Union counties
Administer medications, wound care, treatments
Monitor client conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
Document doctor's orders and follow up
Perform client assessments and care documentation via EMR

🎯 Requirements

Active North Carolina RN license
Minimum 1 year of recent clinical (med/Surg) experience
Prior home health experience preferred
Graduate from an accredited nursing program
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficient computer skills; EMR experience
