Provide home health services to adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis.
Travel to clients in Wilson, Nash, and Edgecombe counties.
Follow designated care plans and document care provided.
Administer medications and wound care per plan.
Document observations and updates using a state-of-the-art EMR tablet.

🎯 Requirements

Current North Carolina RN license.
Minimum 1 year clinical experience (medical/surgical).
Home care experience preferred but not required.
Graduate from accredited nursing program.
Ability to work independently and manage time.
Strong interpersonal and computer skills; EMR preferred.
