- Provide skilled nursing care to adult and/or pediatric clients in home health.
- Travel to client homes across Cumberland and Cape May counties.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor patient conditions.
- Administer medications per physician orders and MARs.
- Document care activities and communicate with the care team.
- Support families with education and care planning.
🎯 Requirements
- NJ RN license in good standing
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Passion for adult and/or pediatric home care
- Ability to travel to client homes
- Flexible, reliable, compassionate team player
- Prior home health or pediatric experience preferred
