📋 Description

• Provide skilled nursing care to adult/pediatric clients in home health.
• Travel to client homes on a schedule you choose.
• Follow doctors' orders and document care.
• Perform assessments and monitor client conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Electronic charting with Statewise for recordkeeping.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in New Jersey.
• Paid training from day 1 in the office, at home, and online.
• Electronic charting experience with Statewise.
