Complete comprehensive assessments and follow physician orders

Accurately document care and communicate with the interdisciplinary care team

🎯 Requirements

Active RN license (Compact license required or PA RN license)
Willingness to provide home visits in Philadelphia
Minimum 1 year of RN experience (home health or med-surg experience a plus)
Strong clinical judgment and time-management skills
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered
