📋 Description

• Provide skilled nursing care for infants and children at home (HICU).
• Work in a team-based setting as an extension of hospital care.
• Train families and care teams during initial weeks of homecare.
• Ensure safe transition from hospital to home for patients.

🎯 Requirements

• Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• At least 1 year of verifiable RN experience.
• NICU, PICU, ICU or home care trach/vent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care skills.
• Willingness to work in pediatric home health settings.
