📋 Description

• Ensure compliance with Medicaid and Personal Care Services guidelines.
• Analyze and optimize PCA workflows and processes.
• Provide oversight to PCS/SFC caregivers with the Care Manager.
• Conduct initial home visits to define PCA tasks.
• Perform regular 60-day evaluations of PCA performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Valid and active RN License from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing.
• 2 years of direct care experience with elders or adults with disabilities.
• Previous management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Organizational and multitasking skills.
