π― Requirements
- Active RN license in New York State (required).
- 2+ years RN experience; home care or pediatrics preferred.
- Trach and vent experience or strong willingness to learn.
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for supervisory visits.
- Ability to travel within Westchester, Orange, and Rockland Counties.
