Registered Nurse Manager, Home Care

📋 Description

• Supervise and mentor RNs, RN Designees, LPNs, and home health staff.
• Provide clinical leadership for complex cases and urgent situations.
• Complete initial patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Utilize RN Designee visit team for supervisory visits.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, schools, and families.
• Coordinate transitions with intake and scheduling teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN license in New York State (required).
• 2+ years RN experience; home care or pediatrics preferred.
• Trach and vent experience or strong willingness to learn.
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for supervisory visits.
• Ability to travel within Westchester, Orange, and Rockland Counties.
