Registered Nurse, Hospital at Home

📋 Description

• Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric clients at home.
• Work within HICU Health Services Hospital at Home ICU team.
• Help infants and young children transition from hospital to home.
• Deliver family training and coordinate with the care team.
• Maintain documentation and communication with physicians.
• Ensure patient safety and high-quality care in home setting.

🎯 Requirements

• Current license as a Registered Nurse.
• At least 1 year verifiable RN experience.
• NICU/PICU/ICU or home care trach/vent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care (home or clinical).
• Strong communication and teamwork; able to train families.
