Provide hospice nursing care in patients' homes.
Visit clients in their homes; administer meds, wound care, treatments.
Monitor client conditions; report changes to the Clinical/Client Services Manager.
Follow up on doctors' orders and document them.
Perform client assessments as needed.
Occasional on-call after hours and weekends.

🎯 Requirements

Active and current RN license.
One year of clinical experience preferred.
Hospice experience welcomed, but not required. We will train you!
Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned.
