Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Performing duties including medication administration, wound care, and comfort care.
Monitoring client conditions and reporting changes.
Following up on and documenting doctors' orders.
Performing client assessments as necessary.
Occasional on call after hours and/or weekends.

🎯 Requirements

Current DE RN license.
Minimum one year clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
Home care and/or hospice experience preferred, not required.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
