- Make home visits to clients in designated territories.

- Active PA RN license.
- One year of clinical experience strongly preferred.
- Home healthcare experience welcome, but not required; training provided.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
- Calm, reassuring presence with active listening, assessment, communication.
- Deliver patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
