Making home visits to clients in designated territories.
Administering meds, wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
Monitoring client conditions; report changes to Clinical/Client Services Manager.
Following up with, executing and documenting doctors' orders.
Occasional on-call after hours and/or weekends.

🎯 Requirements

Active PA RN license.
One year clinical experience preferred.
Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
Calm, reassuring presence; active listening.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Home health exp welcomed; BAYADA provides training.
