Making home visits to clients in designated territories after hours and weekends.
Administer medication, wound care, treatments, procedures, and comfort care.
Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical/Client Services Manager.
Follow up on doctors' orders and document properly.
Perform client assessments as necessary.

🎯 Requirements

Current Colorado RN license.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript/diploma).
OASIS/Medicare Home Health documentation experience preferred.
