Provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing at home.
Follow care plans and perform home visits in designated territories.
Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
Monitor client conditions and report changes to Clinical/Client Services Manager.
Follow up on, execute, and document doctors' orders.
Document observations and evaluations in EMR tablet.

🎯 Requirements

Current RN license in SC.
Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
Home care experience preferred but not required.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills.
