Monitor client conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
Document observations and interventions on a touch pad tablet.
Collaborate with doctors and care teams to execute orders.

🎯 Requirements

Current PA Registered Nurse license.
At least 1 year clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
Home care experience preferred.
Graduate of accredited nursing program.
Ability to work independently and manage time.
Strong interpersonal skills; EMR proficiency.
