Follow the designated care plan per patient needs.
Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
Administer medications, wound care, treatments and procedures.
Monitor client conditions; report changes to the Clinical/Client Services Manager.
Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations on a touch-pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

Current Maryland RN license.
Min 1 year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) exp.
Home care experience preferred, but not required.
Graduate from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills; EMR experience preferred.
