- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Perform duties including medication administration and wound care
- Monitor client conditions and report changes to Clinical/Client Services Manager
- Follow up with and document doctors' orders
- Perform client assessments as necessary
🎯 Requirements
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in FL
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience (medical/surgical)
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
