📋 Description

• Follow a designated care plan for each patient.
• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments.
• Monitor client conditions; report changes to manager.
• Follow up on and document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments and coordinate care using a tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• VA RN license active.
• At least 1 year clinical (medical/surgical).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Graduate from accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Solid computer skills; EMR preferred.
