Weekend admissions RN for home health in Vermont (Washington County and Orange County).
Saturday/Sunday 8-5 schedule.
Make home visits to clients in designated geographic areas.
Administer medications, wound care, and treatments.
Monitor client conditions and report changes to the supervisor.
Follow up on and document doctors' orders.

🎯 Requirements

A current Vermont RN license.
Minimum 1 year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript/diploma).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
