🎯 Requirements
- Current Massachusetts nursing license in good standing
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program with transcript or diploma
- At least 1 year of adult/geriatric clinical experience in relevant settings
- Experience with OASIS
- Ability to work independently and escalate concerns when needed
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability to varied home environments
