Follow designated care plan per patient’s needs
Make home visits to clients in Leesburg, VA area
Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures
Monitor client conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders
Perform client assessments and care coordination using a tablet

🎯 Requirements

Current VA RN license
1+ year clinical (medical/surgical) experience
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Ability to work independently and manage time
Strong interpersonal and computer skills; EMR experience preferred
Travel to cases as assigned
