• See a client through care needs from hospital discharge to safe home life.
• Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, meds, wound care, and comfort care.
• Perform client assessments, educate patients/families, and monitor condition.

🎯 Requirements

• Active and current NJ RN license.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Home healthcare experience welcomed; training provided.
• Ability to travel to assigned cases.
• Calm, reassuring presence with strong communication.
