Make home visits to clients in designated territories after hours and on weekends
Provide emergency overnight hospice visits as needed
Support clients on a per-visit basis across Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland counties
On-call schedule: 5:00 PM–8:30 AM, rotating week on/week off
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and comfort

🎯 Requirements

Current RN license in New Jersey
Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
Prior home care and/or hospice experience preferred, but not required
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
Ability to travel to assigned cases
