- Conduct in-home assessments for Rehab Home Care and PDN clients.
- Perform medication reconciliation and safety checks.
- Manage supply inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Provide ongoing medical status updates to operations and clinical leadership.
- Ensure clinical compliance with accrediting agencies and regulations.
- Educate clients, families, and field staff as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing (required)
- BSN preferred
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience
- Home care experience preferred
- Knowledge of SCI/TBI/respiratory failure/pediatric care a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
