📋 Description

• ICU pediatric home health nurse serving infants and children in Reading, PA.
• Hospital-at-Home ICU Nurse in a team-based care setting.
• Deliver skilled nursing at home during the initial weeks of care.
• Provide family training and ongoing coordination with the care team.
• Work on the HICU Health Services Hospital at Home ICU program.

🎯 Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing.
• At least one year of verifiable RN experience.
• NICU/PICU/ICU or home care trach/vent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care skills.
