- Perform client assessments as necessary.

- Current Virginia RN license.
- Home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
