- Follow a designated care plan for each patient
- Make home visits to clients in designated territories

- Document observations and interventions using a tablet EMR
🎯 Requirements
- A current AZ RN license
- At least one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Home care experience preferred but not required
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Ability to work independently and manage time
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
