Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
Administer medications and wound care.
Provide treatments, procedures, and comfort care.
Monitor client conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
Follow up on, execute, and document doctors' orders.
Perform client assessments; occasional on-call after hours.

🎯 Requirements

Current AZ RN license.
Minimum 1 year of recent medical/surgical clinical experience.
Prior home care or hospice experience preferred, not required.
Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
