- Handle administrative tasks: prior authorizations, forms, orders.
- Educate patients and families; collaborate with teams; ensure quality.
🎯 Requirements
- Active RN License in PA, VA, NJ, and MD (additional states as needed)
- BSN from accredited nursing program
- Minimum 3 years nursing experience; outpatient behavioral health or pediatrics preferred
- Effective leadership skills in delivering excellent quality care
- Proficient in using technology; comfortable in virtual work
- Consistently reliable high-speed internet access
- Availability to work standard business hours with flexibility as needed
