Assessing and documenting patient health status and needs
Developing and implementing individualized care plans
Administering medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
Performing diagnostic tests and interpreting results
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate and provide patient care
Educating patients and their families on disease prevention and management

🎯 Requirements

A current NY RN license in good standing
2+ years nursing experience in acute care or clinic
Experience with Terumo BCT Spectra Optia device (preferred)
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
