📋 Description

• Answer meal planning, nutrition needs, and behavioral challenges via chat.
• Escalate complex inquiries to phone or video for timely resolution.
• Monitor chat queue to ensure timely responses across multiple conversations.
• Complete administrative tasks including documentation and triage.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adherence to policies.
• Deliver on response time, resolution and satisfaction SLAs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a US-accredited program with ACEND approval and an RDN credential.
• Licensed RDN required; eating disorder experience preferred.
• Exposure to family-based eating disorder treatment and meal support preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with diverse teams.
• Experience on interdisciplinary teams.
• Organized and results-driven.
