- Conduct nutrition assessments to determine needs, preferences, and goals
- Actively participate in IDT meetings to develop participant care plans
- Deliver and document nutrition interventions per orders and care plans
- Oversee menu planning and meal delivery to meet specified diets and safety
- Manage the nutrition staff, including hiring, training, and mentoring
- Guide intake and enrollment to move participants through enrollment efficiently
π― Requirements
- Registered Dietitian with at least two (2) years of experience directing nutrition services in a healthcare setting
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid certification required
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication in senior care and IDT settings
- At least one (1) year of experience working with a frail or elderly population
