  • Conduct nutrition assessments to determine needs, preferences, and goals
  • Actively participate in IDT meetings to develop participant care plans
  • Deliver and document nutrition interventions per orders and care plans

  • Manage the nutrition staff, including hiring, training, and mentoring

🎯 Requirements

  • Registered Dietitian with at least two (2) years of experience directing nutrition services in a healthcare setting
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid certification required
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication in senior care and IDT settings
  • At least one (1) year of experience working with a frail or elderly population
