Work directly with clients and follow the treatment/behavior support plans.
Establish and maintain supportive, therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
Implement behavior therapy techniques as instructed by supervisors.
Document interventions and progress toward goals in a timely manner.
Collect behavior data as specified in the client behavior support plan.
Provide habilitation, training, and assistance to help clients acquire skills and meet goals.

🎯 Requirements

RBT credential or actively pursuing RBT credential.
One year experience working with children with developmental or intellectual disabilities preferred.
Ability to work 1:1 in home and community with children/young adults diagnosed with autism.
Availability Monday–Friday, 7:30am–3:00pm.
