Work directly with clients and follow the established treatment plan
Establish and maintain relationships with clients, families, and preschool staff
Implement behavior therapy techniques
Document interventions and progress toward goals
Collect behavior data as specified in the client behavior plan
Provide training and instruction to help clients acquire and maintain skills

🎯 Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a High School Diploma or GED
No experience necessary
Complete RBT Academy and pass the RBT Exam to become an RBT
