- Work directly with students in the classroom following the service plan.

- Implement behavior therapy techniques and collaborate with teachers to support students.
- Document interventions and progress toward goals.

- Provide training and support to help students acquire and maintain skills.
🎯 Requirements
- RBT certified or pursuing (BAYADA pays certification)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Experience with developmental/intellectual disabilities a plus, not required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree OR 48 credits incl Math100 & English100 OR ParaPro Praxis (BAYADA help)
