Work directly with children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings.
Implement ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA and track daily session data.
Provide ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision.
Follow treatment plans and behavior intervention protocols.
Collect data during sessions and report progress to the clinical team.
Support skill development and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma
At least 18 years of age
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Organized, flexible, and receptive to feedback
Interest in working with children and learning ABA
Willingness to complete RBT training (if not already certified)
