Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
Collect and track session data.
Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
Share progress with your clinical team.
Experience as nanny/teacher/para is a plus.

High school diploma
At least 18 years old
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Organized, dependable, and open to feedback
Interest in behavioral health
Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified
