Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician

📋 Description

• Hours: Part-time / After-school hours
• Pay: $25-$35/hour
• Role: work with children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings
• Implement ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA
• Track progress through daily session data
• Follow treatment plans and behavior intervention protocols

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma
• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Organized, flexible, and receptive to feedback
• Interest in working with children and learning ABA
• Willingness to complete RBT training (if not already certified)
