Registered Behavior Technician - RBT

📋 Description

• Follow established treatment plan while working directly with clients.
• Build relationships with clients, families, and preschool staff.
• Implement behavior therapy techniques.
• Document interventions and progress toward goals.
• Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior plan.
• Provide training and support to help clients acquire skills.

🎯 Requirements

• RBT certification or willingness to pursue (paid by BAYADA).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with developmental/intellectual disabilities a plus.
